I ensure the following:

• The teaching space is a safe environment whilst the lesson is in progress

• My personal professional insurance is in place

• I have a current DBS check and Qualified Teacher Status

• I update my personal safeguarding training annually

• I am committed to my UK legal duty as an educational professional working with children, to report any concerns about a child's safety and well-being to the Direct Safeguarding Lead in a school environment or outside of a school environment to the Local Authority's Education Safeguarding Advisory Service.

• I am committed to ensuring that any confidential data is stored safely and securely, in line with GDPR requirements.
